I have been without service for almost 3 months

I am highly Disappointed with the lack of service I have been receiving from Telkom-Heita. I have been a loyal Heita member for years and still treating me like a non paying client. They have recently missed the debit dates agreed upon and instead debits on later dates when there's no money in my account. Later they claim that I have not paid for 4 months - I have settled the bill but i'm still no service for over 2 months now. I have been calling their call centre almost everyday now and they give me the run around, that it will be re-instated the next day and nothing ever happens. I am sick and tired of the way Heita has been treating me as a client. Im actually considering terminating my service withthe company.
