We were billed for our 3G about R1800 last month which we have never ever used that much data since having the internet. I called in and requested that Vodacom sends me messages whenever it reaches a certain threshold like 80% and 95% and so forth. I also requested this to be sent to my Cell phone number which is 0823589658 which was obviously not done because I did not receive any messages during the month. Now we get a bill of almost R3000 for 3G. Who the is gong to pay for this now. Guess we have to because it is debit order. I called in again this morning and spoke to Nyiko (Ref 308957893) requesting for the recording asking for the SMS notifications to be sent to me which Vodacom did not do. Vodacom, please sort your out and cancel this deal because you guys are incompetent in everything you guys do
