Telecommunications

We have a corporate account with Vodacom consisting of around 70 business contracts.

We have too many complaints to list all in mere 1200 characters.

We applied for ports and upgrades around 3 months ago that is still not finalised.
Any person from the public can go into a Dions or Makro Store and probably get a better deal than we can, we do not understand this? And we do not get any feedback regarding this?

Hoe ver is die 3X S4's?
Watter sim kaarte pas by watter nommers en wanneer gaan die kontrakte aktief wees?
Hoe ver is die ports vanaf mtn?
Hoe ver is die inligting van watter kontrakte kwalifiseer vir opgradering?
Is die kontrakte soos laas week bespreuk verander na die nuwe pakette en watter kwalifiseer vir S4 handstukke?
Afslag of spesiale voordele bv. soos per Dions Wired Pdf Advertensies?
Watter toestelle sal jy aanbeveel soos per my vorige e-posse?

Our complaint is overall bad service. We went to corporate because of a promise of more efficient service and better deals, WE DO NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICE.

We will not facilitate bad service any longer, please set up a meeting so we can resolve this.
