Blackberry Z10 NOT LTE

I have been trying now since O got my Blackberry Z10 to get my LTE activated. Call after call they tell me my LTE was activated and when in an area with LTE it would use that service. After some extensive self research on the internet I found out that the model Blackberry Z10 I have (STL 100-01) does not support LTE. I contacted Zenzo Masilela at 14:18 on the 20th of August and was told since I did my upgrade they would have to find the recording to see if I actually mentioned the word "LTE", still no feedback. Now when the blackberry Z10 was launched I was told that it would support LTE and that was one of the reasons I went for yet another Blackberry upgrade. Now I get told by the people that I had to mention the word "LTE" when ordering my phone. I find this rather disappointing since Vodacom at NO POINT at all said anything about ONLY certain version of the Blackberry Z10 supporting LTE. I have mailed and called but keep getting the run around from Vodacom call center staff. Maybe someone from your company can contact me and explain to me how this situation is going to be resolved, since I wanted the LTE. I find it sad to resort to this after supporting them for over 16 years
