Cell C
RECEPTION PROBLEMS IN SANDTON

I have been with Cell C for a year now and at first, I had no problems with my phone's reception when sending an sms, Whatsapp message or making and receiving phone calls.
In the past few weeks I've found that the reception and signal on the phone is virtually zero. It takes hours for messages to get delivered to my phone. When I call my boyfriend (who is now also on Cell C) the calls are dropped or go straight to voicemail. You can't have a conversation with someone without calling them 7 times. Trying to download something that has been sent to you is near impossible (with any luck, you'll download it on the 10th attempt) and I'll be lucky if my emails get to my phone at all - I see them on my computer only.
It's completely and utterly frustrating. Their costs may be competitive, but what's the point if I can't even use the airtime and data!
