Cell C
NETWORK CONGESTION / NO SERVICE

I have been complaining for the last 7 months and only just discovered that the real issue is not my handset or the weather, but CELL C CONGESTION as a result of their poorly maintained network. The network cannot handle the volume of their client base. What is worse is that Cell C management and staff are well aware of this issue and are not advising clients of the potential problem at the time that they are moving onto their network. Nor are they advising clients of this when they complain.

I do not believe that this is the correct approach nor do I believe that it is an ethical business practice. This is definately not a company that I will do business with again. Once bitten, shame on you, twice bitten chame on me!
