Waiting over a year for credit refund

Over a year ago I logged a complaint that 8ta (now telkom mobile) had billed me for calls to the "free number" I had specified. They rectified this but still have not credited me the money they had charged me. Following up is a nightmare as you cannot talk to the person responsible for the query. Surely a year is more than enough time to work this out!!! I enquired again and received an acknowledgement again on 4/7/13 that they will follow up. To date no luck.
They have an excellent product but disgusting after sales service.
