I went to the Hatefield Vodacom branch to cancel my contract with Vodacom. There they said only Menlyn does it or I can call 0821958. Not very helpful. I called and held on for more than 20 min. Then the bad service really started. Because I now went from a contract to Prepaid they took my free minutes I paid for, more than 300 min back. Something I have paid for. Then they charged me almost R18 for a 5 min call. This is plain and simple.
