I contacted the call centre on 808 and advised that my contract is due for an upgrade on the 01/10/2013, which was confirmed by MTN.I explained to the lady that I currently have a Samsung Note I, which has battery issues and I have been to 5 stores and I cannot get a battery and is there a possibility for me to upgrade a month early, Please note I have been with them for the last 15 YEARS and my average bill exceeds R 2 000.00 p/m. I was informed that they cant assist and I should contact coperate services, Which I did and was told that they cant assist and they will get a supervisor to contact me. This was at 13h00.I await their call and hope they do as the other cell service providers are eager to deal with their clients.
