Samsung doesn't car about their old users

Disappointed with the services I received from Samsung. I have been looking for a S2 battery for the past few months with no avail, so I finally decided to call the support center in hope that they would assist me.
On Tuesday 17 December 2013 I called your support centre And spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Timmy Ramokoka, I explained to him that for a some time now I have been looking for an S2 battery with no luck to which he responded that I had to go to the following places Boksburg, Constantia and Pretoria I then continued to tell him that all those places were too far from me and asked if they would not be able to deliver the battery in bedfordview for me... And he refused.

My frustration is that had it been an S3/S4/galaxy note 3 user your people would have dropped everything so that you could assist them, which is the case currently with S4 users and their batteries...

So my question to you Samsung is why do I as an S2 user have to travel alll that way to fetch a battery when s3/s4 users can walk into any Vodacom/Samsung store and get the battery??
This kind of service is utterly disgusting to me
