Their general incompetence is beyond a joke

I have been having a running battle with Vodacom over their general service, specifically regarding their data promotional bundles which continue to be depleted (according to them) whilst my records indicate less than 30% consumption of the bundle. I have no destroyed that sim (I spent R2000 per month on data) and moved over to Cell-C.

Unfortunately I also have a data contract with them for my tablet, and suddenly last month my services got cut off. Called them back and was informed I am in arrears (no previous communication in this regard) and they have decided (without informing me) to move me to a cash payment account.

Today I phoned them to find out how to do an EFT to them, was online for 13 minutes without a resolution because their systems was down (again). The person I spoke with promised to get back to me as soon as the system is up. No call back, but two hours later an SMS to say contact 082149 urgently to prevent my services being cut off.

I saw the message at 19h00, only to find my services has been cut again.

I am fed-up with their services and will NEVER do business with Vodacom again once this contract expires. I refuse to pay penalties for your incompetence
