Softlocked after paying account on debit orde

I pay debit order for cellphone used in own business on contract. None have ever bounced in 4 years of contracts. I pay over R1200 per month. Tonight without warning and after hours, Nashua sms's to say that I have been softlocked because I have reached my R10 limit. WHAT A LOT OF BULL!!
The dont offer any after hours help line an was stranded half way between social engagements that went south because I could not get hold of anyone.
Surely Vodacom should insist that they offer this service to sort out their own mistakes.
I consider this a breach of contract to cut off services without warning when accounts are paid. If I refused pay them, or wanted an early exit from a contract, they would have me over a barrel on breach, so they must play by their own rules. I demand an explanation as to their action and the lack of services to assist customers after hours.
