MTN still allows illigal account subscriptions

Mira Networks deducted more than R500 through one of my own MTN accounts. I don't want it. And I am sure I did'nt ask for it. If I get a spam sms, I delete it. That can never mean I want I want something. And why would I want to pay for something that I can't use or don't want? The whole of South Africa has asked MTN, Vodacom and Cell C to take charge of their billing and to stop third party vendors of illegally misuse of MTN's network. MTN is deducting my money without my consent. That is.
