Left over Bundles disappear after upgrade

On 14/08/2013 I recorded my left over voice bundles that will expire over the next 5 months of my BlackBerry Talk 240 contract. this totaled up to 700min the last that will expire on 31/01/2014.

after this I upgraded to a Smart S contract.

this morning I checked and saw that all of my monthly bundle's thresholds where adjusted to the used amount to make it break even to a 0 minutes remaining and all of the expiring on 31/08/2013.

this is unacceptable, I paid for those minutes and the months they will be available.

I called the 111 number but the staff there has no idea what i'm talking about and if there is a spark of hope that the person understand what i'm talking about I get put through to the account/debt collection dept...
