On the 2nd September 2013 at 10H00, I made a call to 082 17844 to order a new data contract. My call was taken by a man named Sheperd who did not know about the Vodacom/Amway partnership and had no idea how to link my Amway ABO Number to the contract I wanted to take.

I have successfully been able to do this in the past, but also understood that he was not made aware of this marketing strategy. I kindly requested for my call to be passed on to some else, and on my third request agreed to transfer my call. Unfortunately, he just simply cut the line to get of the problem - me.

Is this how prospective contract customers are treated lately?
