Cell C
Still being billed even though contract was canned

After spending 5 weeks to get my contract cancelled, I received a sms this morning with another bill from Cell C.
This after having in writing that I will be passed credit and not billed.

I have not ever in my life dealt with a company as dishonest as Cell C. If I reverse the debit order, I get given to the credit bureau.

Cell C deserve all the bad karma that can come their way. They lack everything a normal company should be. They deserve to go down burning as they are acting in a dishonest criminal way milking you for every penny you got even if illegal and they clearly breach contract.

And don't think they actually have people attending to these queries on hellopeter. I think it's actually an automated reponse.

Cell C, you disgust me.
