60 mb used on roaming by mistake - R7000 bill

I cant describe my utter outrage of Vodacom after the last 5 weeks, there is not enough space here to even begin to explain what has happened.

I am 25 years old. 6 weeks ago I went to Mauritius4 a family holiday for a week, out of which my cell phone was on roaming for the first day and a half (I was unaware of this, nevermind the R100p Mb charges i would recieve) I might have used 60mb during this time, not even a youtube video.

The first i heard that my roaming was on, was when i received a message from Voda that my bill was at R5000... and then a R6900 by the time i got back to SA (my cap is R650 by the way.) By this stage voda cut my off, and when i asked to be reconnected they kept disconnecting me. I lodged a dispute nearly 5 weeks ago, have called about 15 times, spoke to every department possible, but no one has gotten back to me. they also say they wont turn off the debit order, and ive had to move my money into another account in the fear that it will come off&because of this all my other debits have caused my account to go into arrears. I know the consumer protection act, & I know ICASA but i am hoping that Vodacom will resolve this. Been a loyal customer for10yrs
