I was on a low contract then i started working for a company and they upgraded my contract to a Talk 500.I am unemployed at the moment and my contract is only due for cancellation in Ocktober 2014.I spended the last year and a half alot of money on my vodacom account and there was never a problem with the payment at the end of the month. I phoned various times to try get a way to take my account to a lower contract and I got different responses everytime i phoned in, and different amounts! Then I tried to arrange with accounts to pay them off over 6 Months and they said they will get back to me in 48 Hours! I just tried to get ammounts and to see what is my best option. I did not get any response and i thought ill phone and see whats happening and then they said im already on a Talk 120.I have not confirm anything!!! Then i phoned again and tried to find out whats the amount I can pay to cancell my whole account with Vodacom as I find the service very unprofessional and the lady took my email adres and said she is sending everything through and up to today i havent got a response! I am highly dissapointed in the service I got as I supported them many years!
