Difficulty ending a stop order with MTN!

I have already moved to a new service provider some time ago. Number ported etc.

A stop order from MTN for my contract amount which was terminated is still being debited off my account.

When you call MTN they send you from pillar to post without any resolution.

Please cancel this account and stop debiting my account!
