Dear MTN. Once again you have shown me how utterly pathetic your service levels are. I ported to MTN in June 2013 and noticed that the incorrect monthly subscription amount has been calculated on my account since inception. I have queried this on 2 separate occasions but nothing has been done about it. Queries logged online simply vanish and don't even bother sending an email as you get a generic response from a clueless consultant apologizing for the inconvenience caused without offering a solution.
Finally in the August billing cycle the correct fee was applied but you failed to correct the previous months. How many innocent customers fall victim to your thieving? And why do we as customers CONSTANTLY have to highlight your inefficiencies???
I need the amounts to be corrected and credited to my account immediately.
