Thieving Sales people!

I made the total mistake of visiting your new redruth branch on the 17 August.

After choosing a toilet for purchase I handed your salesthief my card in order for him to process my transaction.

Whilst he was busy i noticed a higher amount that what i was buying. FIRST PROBLEM!

1 394.75

I corrected him, in my disgust, and he proceeded to push the correct transaction amount through.

1 125.80

It is with utter disgust that i check my account and see BOTH amounts deducted after your salesthief assured me the previous didnt go through.

I will never visit your store again and I have lodged a dispute with my bank to have this sorted.
