HIGH BILL and still no credit as promised

Once again VODACOM has duped me by promising the credit my account for the data charges in the previous complaint and still debit orders are going through and an invoice for the data that was to be resolved a month earlier... SO people please do not upgrade or trust vodacom... they are honest peoples money..
can i cancel this contract based on their contactual oblogations not being honoured???
