Axxess Dsl
[URL Removed] not working multiple clients

For the last 3 days my clients have been battling to send mail via your servers. Takes for ages to get through on your phones, have over 100 clients using ADSL service. Technical staff not able to help and seem to be confused aswell as to what the problem really is. Also we feel Axxess is not being transparent and truthful to admit that they are at fault
