No Feedback regarding Bad network

Utterly Disgusted: Cell C responded really quickly to my previous report regarding my horrible cell reception, but have since done nothing. I was requested to fill out forms regarding my cell reception etc and have heard nothing in return. I specifically asked to be helped before tomorrow as I have to leave the country for work and would like to have it all sorted before then.
