I am very disappointed in Autopage as I have purchased a Neoel device from Autopge Westwood mall Durban on the 10 August 2013 and returned it to them on 16 August 2013 as it was faulty. Surely that qualifies for an immediate swopout?

To date I have Phoned the agents sent Emails and I have not received any satisfaction or use of the equipment

I will be gratefull if you could investigate this problem or suggest to have other outlets as Altech has no interest in their clients.
