NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

Cell C iFix and the Istore have told me my BRAND NEW iPhone should be covered by the warranty and that it has a factory fault whist YOUR REPAIRS department are very quick to say its due to negligence (WITH NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER!!) and the screen is cracked!!! And i must just pay 3000 for the repair??
How many social networks is Cell C connected to?
This is not going to go away.
