Contract

I took out an Internet Contract. The fee was for R189 per month. The invoice I received shows R 240.66 for monthly charges. I'm not payment more than R189. This month's instalment was due for 21 August. It's 29 August. I would like to cancel the contract immediately. Always mission to phone or send e-mail. Always have to wait forever for your call to be answered or you never get feedback via mail. I'll rather go to another Service Provider. Please refer to the National Consumers act 68 of 2008.
