Firstly, no-one has resolved the issue as to why my details are listed in the phone-book - ie. full name with surname?

Secondly, no-one responded to https:///telkom/complaints/service-delivery-non-existent-1165920

Thirdly, I've not received the latest invoice from Telkom and it is Thursday 29 August 2013

Were you planning to disconnect me because of your lack of service delivery again?
