Vodacom not delivering what they promised

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 inch (which included an S Pen) about a month ago on the Vodacom website. The Note was delivered but not the S Pen. I logged an query and was informed that they would investigate the matter. I didn't hear anything and queried it again. Again I was informed that would escalate the issue. I still haven't heard anything.
I want my S Pen! The last reference number that I got was 0013-36x4
