I had a problem with my account and spoke to Jaques and he said that they would pass credit onto my account and mail me the new amount i needed to pay. That was last week and i'm still waiting. If i phone 10210 then it says that there's a problem with my account and it gives me the amount i need to pay. Only problem there is that the amount they give me is the old amount without the credit passed. Also when i phoned 10210 they said that my line profile was on a 2meg where it was suppose to be a 4meg line. I asked the lady to try and see if my line would run 10meg because you pay the same for 4meg up to 10 meg. She said to me that she would test the line and try in switch it over to 10 meg and come back to me. This has now been a week and my line is still on 2 meg.when i phoned today to ask what was happening the guy said that the order has been escalated. They said to me originally that it would take 24 hours not a WEEK. When will my account be sorted and the credit passed and when will they try and push up my line to 10 meg? Another week??? Im getting tired of this empty promises and no service.
