CERTAIN SERVICE BLOCKED - GO TO LOCAL TELKOM SHOP

I've just tried to make an International call, only to get the following recording: "YOUR LINE HAS BEEN BLOCKED FROM MAKING ALL INTERNATIONAL CALLS".
So I called 10210, & after going through the endless process of choosing options, I finally get through to a human voice, only to be told that to unblock the line for International calls, I would have to WASTE MY TIME & PETROL MAKING A SPECIAL TRIP DOWN TO MY LOCAL TELKOM SHOP, BECAUSE THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO FOR ME OVER THE PHONE!!! - To add to my frustration, none of the Telkom shops have any contact numbers, so nobody can even get them on the blasted phone!!
So now, in order to make my IMPORTANT International call, I have to WASTE MY AFTERNOON, MY VALUABLE TIME & PETROL TO GO & SORT THIS MESS OUT!!!
I AM SO SICK OF THE ENDLESS C.R.A.P. WITH TELKOM!!!
