I had my contract renewed a couple of months ago. From a blackberry 9500 to a Q10. Some features have been upgraded on the Q10 and some features aren't. Overall i think that the Q10 is a total waste of time and money. The salesperson advised that the Q10 is better and has more features than a Samsung S4 but it doesn't. No copy and paste facilities etc etc on thwe Q10.
I would like to know from my service provider if i can go in and have this Q10 exchanged for a samsung s4 or something much better than the blackberry q10s that's dying out.
