Blackberry Z10 - Do not ever buy one!

My BlackBerry Messenger has not worked for two days on my Z10, I have phoned my service provider more or less 10 Times and have tried everything under the sun. They eventually told me it is because the blackberry Z10 has a lot of glitches and is not compatible with a lot of the older reliable features. I am now locked into a contract with a phone that does not do what it is supposed to. I am HIGHLY unimpressed with the blackberry Z10!
