Poor Service and No Customer Response

On three occasions my phone has been sent to vodacom for repair. the 1st time the phone was replaced with a refurb, the 2nd time it was a software problem (APPARENTLY), 3rd time it was replaced again with a refurb. My point as a consumer is that the refurb phones carry the same issues and vodacom are just passing other customers problems to the next customer all they doing is making the phone look like new and passing it on. Use me as an example even the refurb phone failed. Rightfully as a customer i should be given a new unit. To add to the drama i have sent through a comlaint to [Email Removed] with a response to be contacted within 24hrs, its now past 48hrs and still no response. Also listed a comlaint on get closure and no response. Vodacom dont care about the customers!!! Next i am sending an email to the daily news about vodacom.
