I want a new phone and not a fourth dud phone

I got a new contract with MTn in sept 2012 which came with Blackberry 9790. in april 2013 this phone gave problems and was replaced with refurbished (not new!!) unit by mtn, in august this phone gave problems again and was once again replaced by a refurbished unit on 18 august 2013. this phone immediately gave problems whilst in brooklyn service centre and i returned it and Francios promised to get feedback from regional manager. followed up on 26 august and still no feedback. please do not make me regret using MTN as a service provider again. i would like a new phone and most definitely not a Blackberry after what i have experienced currently
