I gave in a Blackberry 9300 in the beginning of March to MTN Bluff. I was told it will be sent to Blackberry and it will takes about 2 weeks. Two weeks go by I get no feedback so I went personally to the store and the lady said she will call Blackberry and she will call me the next day. She never did.
After a month and 3 days I go back to the store and the lady says it should be in that afternoon. I got a refurbished unit which I wasn't happy about but the lady says that's what Blackberry sent so I have to accept it. Two days later the phone is giving me the same problems I sent it in for.
Now I have to go back to MTN. I get attitude from a guy there telling me that Blackberry's are troublesome and there's nothing he can do. When I tell him I don't want a refurbished unit he says "that's what Blackberry gives us. I just send them your phone so whatever happens there has got nothing to do with me and even if I tell them you want a new phone it won't make a difference! "
I gave the phone in again on the 1 April and when I go in on the 22 April to check my phone is in store but nobody called me! I didn't get any apologies just another refurbished unit which is giving me the same problem
