After spending the whole day on the 18 April with no service, I use my ipad to check emails on the 19th. When I check my balance at 7:30, all my data, including the night surfer has zero balance. when I call them they say I used 900MB of data whithin 2 minutes in the morning and they cant explain the zero balance on night surfer. 8TA.
