Ive lost almost a R 100000 rand

They deleted my number of the system and it has been 10 days since i logged the case. Nothing has been done. I run a business from my cellphone and therefore am very reliant on my cellphone. I spend between 2000 and 4000rand a month at telkom. I am highly upset at the uselessnes of these people. I will phone you back now sir its been 8hours and no one has phoned me.
