Credit on Account yet I still have to pay

I have a R1558.84 CR on my account with a total due of R1294.33 YET I still have to pay the R1294.33. How does that work TELKOM??? Then I get SMS's threatening me that the line will be suspended!!!
I also cancelled my line 0118961259 on the 8th of November BUT still get charged for it again!!!
