For the 4th time 8Ta has debited money!

For the 4th time 8Ta has deducted from my account. The past 3 times they debited and then credited me back with my money, as it was a fault. What more should I do. The best way for me is to change banking accounts. Now why should I have to go to those lengths so that 8Ta can stop taking money from my account. They should have closed my account long time ago, as I am not in possession of any of their products. Please help.
