Billed for airtime that I did not recieve

In Dec '12 when I received my account, I paid for my airtime as my clothing balance was paid in advanced, January '13 I paid again and was told my account was in good standing. In Feb '13 I received my account on the 7th, I paid R1000 but it stated that I had bought R3235.27 in airtime vouchers in Jan '13 which I had bought 12 vouchers of R56.50 (R678), which reflected on my statement, but certainly not over R3000!!! I then went to Edgars Witbank about a week after and asked them for a 6 months statement print out which they were unable to do because their printer was broken? so I asked them to contact head office to try and resolve this matter and the person who they spoke to said that that was that and was unwilling to help and I had to pay! When the lady at Edgars Witbank asked this person to please speak to the customer when I took the phone they put the phone down on me. I have the right to review my account and to my knowledge the account was up to date with regards to airtime payments and I most certainly did not purchase that high amount of airtime. Now I am being threatened with a bad credit record and no one as yet has been willing to try and resolve this matte
