I had settled and outstanding amount on my credit card on the (11 th of july 2013) which has handed over to Hammond Pole. Prior to settling this account i called Hammond pole and spoke to an agent and asked her the specific details on what is the best way to settle this account. I took the advice of the agent and deposited the money. After asking for progress on my case, i was blatantly told for weeks on end, making numerious phone calls to nedbank and hammond pole. I have emails from employee's at Hammond pole stating one thing only to find out later that it was never true. They have made me run around for almost a month until telling me that i transfered the money into their trust account. This is but merely the short version of my story, but the ethics of people there are disgracful and shocking. They made promises to me and not one has been full filled yet, from staff to senior managers. Nedbank was not even aware of the fact that i even made payment and i was told that hammond pole are awaiting a settlement letter from them... goes to show how terrible this type of service is. Somone needs to look at what is going on internally there. Something is wrong.
