I wanted to find out what the % content of chicory is in coffee as I believe consumers have a right to know. Maybe we are drinking 90% chicory and 10% coffee. Chicory is far cheaper than coffee. Contacted the DTI who refered me to SABS. The email address I was given did not work so I got one from there web site. [Email Removed]
1. On 04-06-2013 sent my qeury. NO REPLY
2. On 15-06-2013 resent same message. NO REPLY
3. On 19-06-2013 resent same message with "Read Report" activated. Received report that message was read.
4. On 27-06-2013 resent same message with "read Report" activated. Received notification that message was deleted without being read.
