Cancel contract while I was busy paying back

I have still same problem with Auto Page they cancelled my contract and gave my number away while I was busy paying them back on agreement made with them. I had several people that sent me emails including Nimblecs and their attorney Tabea. Her answer to me is that they do not have to keep their agreement with me!!! But when they made the pay off agreement with me they aspect from me to keep it. When I was finish paying them all of a sudden I received a account for R19441.82 for cancellation of contract. That was in may 2013 and they already cancelled the contract in June 2012 without informing me. Why did they not send me that account when they cancelled the contract. I had to phone them in January to ask what I still owes Auto Page. They send me a summary of payments/outstanding totally different from the Nimblecs demand for payment, I send to different people already my complained but it all comes back to Tabea not a helpful or friendly person.
