Never will i recomend cell c to anyone

I been given the runnaround by cell c for the past 2 months.iv been to, the phone put down on me and treated very badly. I put in a report 2weeks ago on hello peter explaining my problem n got al happy thinkn cell c responded so they gna finally sort it out.we'll they responded js to save their reputation .up til today I never got a call from sindi.sindi is the lady that's supposedly gna solve the problm.this week I'll be meeting with my lawyers to see hw I can take this matter further. I wil go to all leagal ways possible to make people know of the way cell c treats ther clients.and me being an old client and treated with disrespect I can only imagine what the new clients go threw. I'm going the leagal route to resolve my problem and cancel my contract.13 of my colleauges have decided not to renew ther contracts which is due for upgrade shortly.infact they all had a good laugh about how fast the sms came because I refused to pay so cell c sms'd for the amount outstanding. Cell c is not intrested in customer satisfaction just their money
