Poor service and delivery

I recently applied for a contract on the 18th Jan and was assured that delivery of the device will take no longer than 5 days. To date I have not received any communication about the delivery of my device. I did a follow up call on the 23rd Jan and was assured by Tshepiso that I would have feedback by COB however there was no feedback given. I encourage anyone who is looking for a cellular provider to seriously consider other providers as the service and delivery from Vodacom is pathetic.
