Lack of best practice, ethics & integrity after less than a month with them

Prior to getting USB device, checked coverage map for 3 locations that I would MOST use device & coverage map shows 1 of 3 had poor coverage

1.Got contract, experienced several problems with installation which took several days
2.Called and wrote for assistance to no avail
3.Consultant mentioned installing antennae BUT that offers NO connection guarantee & NO full refund
4.Retention department is rude, pathetic, refuse to apply early cancellation but offered CellC contract to replace existing one-admission they know most connection is bad? On Record.
5.Still waiting for feedback of whether my initial correspondence to them was in 7days
6.Refused access to supervisor at Rivonia
7.Being coerced to pay 24 months contract with no connection

Told to cancel I must:
1.Return device
2.Pay 25% of contract fee
3.R600 for device
This not mentioned in contract or prior

If no contact from Iburst is received in 7 working days to resolve cancellation amicably, will lodge formal complaint with ASA (Coverage map misleading, unreliable & flawed), ICASA & NCC

Billing for service that isn't provided is contract breach and
