Still liable to pay after cancellation!! ridiculous

Dear sir/ madam/ whoever it may concern

i live in a fairly upmarket surburb of benoni... moved here about 5months ago.. since then your internet coverage in this area has been pathetic.. havent been able to use the net, so it means im paying you people basically for nothing every month. contract is due to expire in a couple of months, and we will not be renewing or taking any other packages from you in future, as i do not think you'll conduct business in the right manner, you'll cant provide the coverage, but expect to get paid, and when i want to cancel im still liable to pay for the remaining months... ridiculous... apart from that, you'll suggested that i buy another device through you'll once off, if i wanted to get a better signal.. if you want to keep future customers... you should provide the booster free of charge... that would be good business... i wont be giving out any good recommendations of iburst to anyone... i have taken a vodacom contract, were i may pay a little extra but coverage is excellent with no hid
den cost...
