Nobodies gets back to us

I had to call and have such a fit on the phone for service with and email. I tried calling beginning of this month also sent messages yo all the people above- they just ignore emails. Their phones have a message when you call: something about the calls been -jested and we cannot get through. I don't know what happens there but no even the manager there wants to take calls or responds.
