I have been phoning MTN since last week to sort out my problem and it's still not resolved. I have not been credited with my new bundle data (MB) for this month, so if I use my internet or e-mail, it deducts money from my airtime. My contract states that every cycle I get R350, 350Mb and 350 sms. My new cycle was supposed to start 21/08/2013. Now I'm NOT getting what I paid for and after 3 calls to the call centre it's still not sorted out. They tell me that I will be credited with R350 again, which is all good but I want the problem to be sorted out or cancel the contract. If it's not for the bad reception it's this. You guys are not living up to your end of the bargain and it's unfair towards the loyal paying customer!
